Paying every month for the last two and half years whenever I enter alarm promptly functions and I have to disarm it but last Wednesday thief entered the pharmacy and left after stealing everything but alarm didn't go off amazing

Such inflexible customer service. I have to admit before today I would have recommended the company. Now I have had terrible customer service. Talked to the individual about breaking contract. It is a bit absurd these days to be so inflexible. People are home and don't need security systems. They have cameras now you can "do it yourself" that do a better job of monitoring. Cheaper options for those with no income. However this company, being local shows no remorse. The customer agent literally hung up on me. Great service guys

TERRIBLE, would never recommend. NO customer service at all! Not happy and would not recommend. After pictures were sent to show the previous alarm system installed in my home, many conversations between their service man and his higher ups in the company and other tech guys, it was determined that United Alarms could not sync their system with my historic one. They did remove my old panel and installed the one from United Alarm, however the only function I've been able to utilize since all of this started is to enter into my front door while this whole issue was to be resolved (no alarm can be
