They had some shipping issues as per Fraser Valley flooding but as soon as the product arrived they called and came the next day and finished the installation of our patio roof and it looks fantastic. Thanks to the 3 men who worked outside in the cold and finished it before Christmas...awesome service

In a winter Covid moment, dreaming of summer time on the deck, I put out 3 "feelers" on Awning websites. Only one called me - Pacific. The salesman came over in a day or two, brought fabric books, explained the product and made the sale. A week sooner than expected, the awning arrived and the installers attached it to our house. Top notch product, top notch customer service.

Professional, polite and personalized service and excellent attention to detail. We renewed the fabric on our awnings re-using and repairing the 2007 hardware at a fraction of the costs of new. The look is sharp, clean, and attractive. A great result.
