If you ever need something for an outdoor project, this is the place to go. The employees are knowledgeable & very willing to answer your questions. Awesome place to go & get ideas. They have replacement parts for underground sprinkles, fountains, landscaping machines to help with your project and so much more.

I have to say that I have received the best customer service I have ever received anywhere from the Rusty Shovel over the last month. I was having issues with my underground sprinklers and they literally walked me through step by step how to troubleshoot it, how to fix it and followed up to see how it was going. For under $10 in new parts on a system that was purchased from them years ago, they worked with me like my business truly mattered to them. They taught me so much and Terry went above and beyond!!!
