The water mainline to my house sprung a leak in early fall. I called Terra Nova and they responded to my call right away, Nick . Their people showed up, Joel B and got to work to dig a trench across my lawn to fix the leak. They put down tarps to help save the grass, which worked really well and when the job was finished cleaned up the site and the grass is coming back amazingly . An excellent job all around.
Kudos to the city also, they were very quick to respond to identify where the water main was and after all the digging around that area, filled it back in and put in city identify covers for the water and sewer and then had a crew come and pave the driveway where it was dug up. Great work for everyone involved

Our water system from our well would not work . We called 4 different plumbing companies and terra nova is the only one that called back we explained our situation . They said they would prioritize us as we had no water and they where here the next morning. Jamie and Liam arrived on time and very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this company for their professional service and excellent employees. We have running water again after an hour .

Workmen were great and we have no complaints about them, however management was not. We had THREE no shows for our appointments without any contact or reasoning as to why until I followed up with them. Manager I was dealing with acknowledged that was unacceptable but also didnt even offer an apology. Wasted a ton of our time in that respect. Also the manager forgot to add things to the work order even though it had been confirmed with me via email, so the workmen had to come back. Dont know if the manager in question was just taking on too much work, but it really left a sour taste in our
