Koomans Demolition

Established in 1961, Koomans Demolition has built a reputation as a trusted family-run business specializing in demolition, recycling, and salvage services across Southwestern Ontario. Our team prioritizes safety, carrying comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage to protect both our clients and workforce. With over six decades of experience, we have evolved to meet industry demands, introducing innovations like our on-site weigh scale in 2014 for crushed gravel and broken brick processing. We specialize in demolishing residential, commercial, and industrial structures while recycling reusable materials to promote sustainability. Our four-acre salvage yard offers affordable used building materials, including doors, windows, steel, and reclaimed brick, catering to diverse customer needs.

Committed to community service, we focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions tailored to local projects. Our expertise extends from Windsor to Sarnia, London to Leamington, and Chatham-Kent, ensuring personalized attention to every client. Transparency and integrity guide our operations, from initial consultation to project completion. As a multi-generational business, we uphold the values instilled by founder Dirk Koomans, now carried forward by his sons, John and Dick Koomans. Our dedication to quality care and service has solidified our position as a leader in the demolition and recycling industry.
