Gandy installed our Lennox furnace 8 years ago. When we had it serviced in late November of last year, it was discovered that our heat exchanger was failing and needed to be replaced. Our Gandy service man instructed us to buy a second CO detector to ensure our safety should it fail completely while they were waiting for the new part to arrive. Due to extreme shortages of parts and the fact that our failing heat exchanger was causing the furnace to trip and shut off for safety, Gandy successfully worked on getting Lennox to provide us with a completely new furnace at no additional cost (only paid

Great experience with Gandy on retrofit and install of new AC / furnace unit. their team including Richard and Ethan were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. Lennox equipment is very high end, furnace through this cold snap is amazingly quiet and efficient - certainly worth the premium upgrade knowing you have the best equipment possible. Would highly recommend.
