Earlier this year, I found out that my septic tank could not be repaired but needed replacing. I contacted Grayline Contracting and arranged for Matt to come out and have a look. He arrived promptly on the agreed day, informed me of the procedure and had an estimate for me in a couple of days. Matt managed to squeeze the job into a free day, 2-4 weeks ahead of schedule. I was able to watch the change out from start to finish and admired the professionalism and expertise displayed by Matt and Tom. Matt answered any questions or concerns I had concisely and left the excavated site ready for topsoil

We contacted Grayline after we were having issues with our septic system. They were able to fit us in and we couldn't be happier with the results. Other contractors were wanting trees to be cut down in order to get the tank in, but not Grayline. They worked with the limitations of the property and were able to get the new tank installed. So glad we went with them as they were able to ensure that the sewer lines were properly installed (the old ones had cracks) and they even graded the area for proper drainage. Go with Grayline, you will not be disappointed!

Huge shoutout to these guys! I couldnt have asked for a better company to come out to replace my septic tank. They do absolutely incredible work, they are extremely knowledgeable and know what they are doing inside and out throughout the entire process. Our alarm went off on our septic system and we immediately called Grayline. They were able to do some troubleshooting over the phone and determined that an emergency repair wasn't required so we set up a time for a look the next day. They were on time and were able to determine the problem, all the while offering different solutions. Great service!

I have used these guys for five years now and I am very impressed. Matt is super knowledgeable and just seems to know what is wrong every time I call him. I am so confident in his ability that I would wait however long I need to JUST ensure that I get him to come fix my problem. We had a private septic installed for our acreage home only a few years ago which had been experiencing piping problems almost from the time we moved in. After failed attempts to have the installer address the problems , and numerous failed attempts to have other area septic companys even come assess the problems, I was advised to contact Matt at Grayline . He was out to our property on the same day of contact , spent time with us to understand the problems and assess our situation . He identified immediate concerns with our system , but more importantly he provided a course of action to address
