I ordered some rebar and a drill bit for my company's renovation project. 3 days later, the sales person on the counter realized he sold us the wrong drill bit size, looked up the company on the web, called, and replaced the bit even though we had mistakenly used it at no charge. Awesome.

As the owner/operator of ACM Concrete Designs, I have been a customer for over 15 years. I have always found the guys up front (Jay, Mike & Keith) to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun). The shippers in the back are helpful and quick to put orders together. They always have exactly what I need and if it is not in stock they get it ASAP. Pricing is competitive.
