Not recommended, this guy will come up with stories to get your money. Cannot even guarantee his own work. Came for a different problem, but insisted it was “just a refrigerant recharge” and the actuator door is a separate problem (that he cannot fix). Wants to charge me $100 to hear him blame manufacturer of vehicle “for using new type of… refrigerant”. I regret paying this guy $80 after I haggled him for his useless whining. After he tested my ac system, my vents blew warm air. He was not even doing it properly as he was just letting the remaining refrigerant into

Worse experience ever with Kool Air King, charged $100 for mobile diagnostic but only used less than 5 mins by moving the clutch of a/c compressor, glancing through the lines and said needed the whole system which cost me $3k. I later bought the a/c compressor clutch from dealership which only cost me $100, replaced it and now my a/c works perfect. Watch out for Jerry, this scammer to check or work on your a/c. Will definitely NOT recommend to anyone and will spread my incident to many people as possible

Really helped us during our trip trough Canada/USA. Came all the way to our hostel in Vancouver to fix it. He wanted to make sure it worked so did a double check at the border before we entered the USA. Everything werks perfect now for a good price. And he is a really cool guy!

I can attest that Jerry IS the Koolair King. I couldn't believe a mobile service like this even existed! Jerry is friendly, professional and clearly an a/c specialist. My 2007 Honda CRV a/c system suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Jerry came to my North Vancouver home with very little notice and in 20-30 minutes, he completed the nitrogen… pressure text, vacuumed the system and recharged it with new refrigerant. My a/c is running better than before and I saved myself money and time by choosing the Koolair King. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. The lower mainland is very fortunate
