Services
Duct Cleaning
Professional air duct cleaning removes accumulated contaminants from HVAC systems using high-powered vacuum units and rotary brush technology. Our technicians clean supply and return ducts while inspecting for efficiency issues. Regular maintenance improves indoor air quality and reduces energy consumption by restoring optimal airflow.
Furnace Cleaning
Comprehensive furnace cleaning includes filter replacement, blower fan degreasing, and motor lubrication to maintain peak performance. We inspect heat exchangers for cracks and clean combustion components to ensure safe operation. Preventative maintenance extends equipment lifespan while reducing fire hazards.
AC Coil Cleaning
Our technicians clean both evaporator and condenser coils using high-pressure air to remove insulating dirt layers. This restores thermal transfer efficiency, reducing energy costs by up to 21% when addressing significant buildup. Proper coil maintenance prevents compressor strain and premature system failure.
Chimney Cleaning
Professional chimney cleaning removes creosote deposits and blockages that create fire hazards or carbon monoxide risks. We inspect flue integrity and ventilation systems to ensure safe operation of heating appliances. Regular maintenance prevents dangerous gas infiltration into living spaces.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
We clear lint accumulation from dryer exhaust systems to eliminate fire risks and improve appliance efficiency. Our cleaning process addresses restricted airflow in long duct runs while ensuring proper installation of aluminum venting materials for moisture control.

We recently hired power brush to clean the ducts at our rental property. On the day the tech calls to see if he can come 2 hours earlier then the scheduled time. We said we would have to check with our tenants. Instead of waiting for our response he just showed up at the house. Very unprofessional since they needed access to both suites so we needed to contact 2 sets of tenants. Then when we got our invoice we found out they didnt do the dryer ducts. So my wife asked why it wasnt done. The lady on the phone proceeded to tell my wife it was her fault for not saying we wanted them done when
