Spoke to Troy the owner on the phone, he managed to trouble shoot my problem over the phone, and it didn't cost me a dime. Most guys would just give you the run around, until they get to your door. Not troy! If we need anything in the future that I cant manage, he will be the first one to call.

We had a self-created situation in the floor drain of our basement and our plumber recommended we call Troy of ADG Kaban. Troy was able to provide me with a quote for the best-case scenario as well as an estimate for worst-case. This afternoon, both Troy and Lee worked their magic and resolved my issue quickly! They were kind, professional, timely and their rates were very fair. They actually charged my less than the best-case scenario original quote!
