Got into the rebates and got heat pump and furnace. Great prices but what impressed me most was how professional they were. I am a Home Inspector so check companies out before I will do business with them or more importantly to refer them to my clients. Start of this, the first meeting with sales rep was excellent. Did his best to get me the best price and exactly the system I needed for size of home. It just worked out I could have my Energy Audit later that day and system installed, next day. I was fortunate to have it happen so quick. They have a large company so maybe they can do that typically. The install went flawless, they laid down mats for the basement stairs. Wore indoor shoes. Just everything was excellent. I have worked with other trades, and they would not get this type of review. I actually had another company in to quote on furnace, price was too high and they were not involved with the rebate program so loss of work for them. The person's furnace quote worked out to more than my new furnace and heat pump.

A family member recommended Air One after several years of problems from the previous furnace in our home. From the initial phone call for an appointment to have someone come out to look at the problem, to the end of the install, everyone was very professional and courteous. Grant immediately gained our trust with his knowledge and professionalism. He was courteous and answered all of our questions during the entire assessment of what the best plan would be going forward. Family woke up while I was at work and got the message “major system malfunction “ they called me and I suggested they call Aire One West end on Upper James . Got an appointment for between 1:30 and 5 pm that day . They showed up at two pm diagnosed the problem . The furnace was 18 years old and this repair was going to cost $500.00 The technician Grant recommended that we should look at getting a new furnace because of the age of our furnace and the cost of repairs . I asked if we could think about it and he said he would repair the furnace as it was -10 c so we would have heat and if we decided

I have purchased two furnaces from Aire-one (separate properties) ,with the most recent of early Jan. 2022.
I had a technician at the house by 11 AM to diagnose the issue and then my replacement unit installed by 6PM the same night.
All employee's were courteous and respectful of my property and took time to explain steps and the various options that were available to me.
Highly recommend them anytime!

The salesman didn't show up to the appointment that he set up for himself. Sunday morning no show, then shows up at 7pm instead.
salesman doesn't mention extra cost of drain pump or drain line location during either of the 2 assessments, so the installers run the drain wherever they feel is appropriate
I did 2 site assessments with the salesman prior to installation, he never mentioned trimming back bushes, and when I asked if I should he said it wasn't necessary.
salesman doesn't relay my specific wishes to the installers and so the AC line was run over top of my front porch, despite specific

Update Apr 15 2021: Abbas and David came out this week and worked very hard to reduce the noise related to my furnace. The air vent that was in the kitchen has been removed and drywall has been installed. Two new vents were added to the furnace closet, one in the hallway and the other above cupboards in laundry area (see pics). Another change from the orig install is the addition of insulated wrap around the furnace's intake tubes. The noise has been reduced considerably. Thank you Abbas and David.

12 years ago my furnace died. Although it was in January, it wasn’t super cold and I had some electric heat sources so I could get 4 providers in to give quotes for an A/C and furnace install without a panic.
Three - including the usual well known providers were all around the 7800 to 8000 mark with lots of bells and whistles such as measuring floor space, window areas, portable computer-printers etc, etc.
The guy from Aire-One showed up. It took him about 60 seconds to tell me what was required, how much and when. I didn’t want an HE furnace so I got an ME furnace, full A/C including A-coil
