This is the second time I've used A+ in the past 3 years. My first experience with them (dishwasher installation) left no doubt in my mind that if I needed a future appliance repair, that I would call them! Donna is so pleasant and helpful whenever you call. Matt the service tech arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. A part had to be ordered. It arrived the next day. Donna called and arranged an appointment for the next morning. Matt arrived on time and quickly completed the repair. Thanks again for everything A+ Team!

Wow really impressed with this company!! Called about a issue they came the same day and John the technician was great friendly and honest needed a new part that had to be ordered and was here the next day so now Darryl (sorry if thats on the proper spelling) came to the rescue and replaced the part and with me made sure the washer would work before he left and gave us amazing options and the quote was right on the mark its nice going into something with eyes wide open and a company that will support you and the work they do!! Will definitely use again and recommend keep up the great personal

I called on a holiday Monday and left a message regarding my broken washing machine. They called me back first thing Tuesday morning and Darryl was at my door by 9:30! He had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. Very happy with the entire experience and will be using this company in the future for any other repairs. The quick response and excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. Will recommend to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you!

I called yesterday(Jan. 16/18) and talked to a lovely lady named Rosetta. I explained the problem I had with my oven. She booked me an appointment for today(Jan. 17/18). She told me the technician would be at my house between 3:30-5:00. The technician(John) called me at 2:50pm and said he would be at my house in about 30 mins. He showed up on time… and wore booties(over his shoes) in my house. Within 30-40 mins he figured out the problem. He quoted us a price and that’s what we paid. John was a very professional guy. We were able to pay by e-money transfer which was very handy. All

Called A+ on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Rosetta who was very pleasant and sympathetic to my problem. My built in oven was not working and we were hosting a wedding in 4 days.
Darryl made a prompt service call, due to age of oven, 20 years, parts were not readily available. Promise was kept that if I was able to purchase a new oven it would be installed by end of week. Oven purchased Wednesday, Darryl installed Thursday. Everyone happy! Thank you Rosetta and Darryl
