They were easy to contact. It took a couple of tries to reach someone, but thats ok, it was December outside Orillia. Many people need to make sure their heat works. The gentlemen came and inspected my furnace, cleaned it and tweeted the program to help. I was worried I could smell a little propane. We did not find a leak, but a few of the pipes were only hand tight. He fixed that up and now I know I am good for the winter. I will call on them again next year to for regular servicing.

Don't call anyone else. Everyone I spoke with here was amazing and professional. They followed up on everything and got the job done quickly, and way above expectations. They were also accommodating and competitively priced which goes a long way. I wouldn't use anyone else after my experience.

Have had three different technicians come out for either install, maintenance or repairs at one point or another. All knowledgeable, reliable and extremely courteous. Response time on emergency service is fantastic. These guys are doing it right. Nice to see a local business doing well. SMHC! No reason to deal with anyone else.

Excellent response timing. Great communication. Professional service. This is what you want in a contractor. These folks are also able to get into the roughest of cottage roads year round. SMHC installed a washer and dryer stacking unit for us and converted the dryer to propane making sure everything was running and safe. Also did an annual furnace service and everything is running as it should. Fantastic staff.
