Bought a Blaze King Princess 32 wood stove last January and I am so highly disappointed. We have not even been able to burn it for two months straight. It has been pulled out of the house twice now for warranty work. I think this product is sheer garbage, and the customer service is no better. They do not care about the customer at all. I'll never recommend this product or company to anyone.

I bought the Princess wood insert and I am amazed by the efficiency of this unit. My house has two inserts and neither throw out as much heat and burn as long. Im so impressed with this stove, Im now in the process of replacing my basement insert with another Blaze King.

We purchased a Valley Comfort wood furnace, Model VC120 Solid Fuel Furnance, Nov. 20, 2015. We researched a number of wood furnace manufacturers and thought that Valley Comfort seemed to be a good choice and that it was manufactured in Canada.
However, on Feb. 20, 2019 we had to replace the damper motor at a cost of $238 plus the diagnostic and installation costs for a total of $541. This was not covered by the warranty. After contacting Valley Comfort for clarification of the warranty coverage, we were informed that the defective motor was made in Mexico and only carried a 1 year warranty. We
