We have a gas range that wouldn't heat up or when it did wouldn't maintain the heat. When I called Serge he was prompt and fit me in within a day, tested my oven, suggested a course of action and after discussing we proceeded with the parts ordered, once the parts arrived he installed the part, tested and even advised that one of the parts he ordered wouldn't be needed so he wouldn't charge me for that part. It's been a few days and Serge has followed up several times to make sure things are working. We would recommend Serge and his company. A great experience.

Serge attempted to fix my refrigerator, it was making a terrible noise. He 'band-aid' fixed it and had to come back a second time as it was still making the same noise, and finally replaced the part. Eventually it settled down but to this day still makes noise occasionally. I wouldn't say that I was super happy with his work, but what I found most appalling was that he absolutely refused to let me pay by credit card (and of course told me this after he performed the work!). Their website says they accept credit cards, but really they do not. He INSISTED that I pay by debit and bullied me into

Our gas oven stopped working, I figured it was the igniter but didn't have time or part to fix it. Called Tri City Appliance and told Serge about the issue. Serge responded the same day (actually called to come early), brought the right part, charged actual replacement price for part, and very fair labour cost. Serge is a professional, fair, and trustworthy guy. I highly recommend him, and for any future repairs, he'll definitely be our first call in Maple Ridge. Thanks Serge!

Alex repaired our washing machine and we are extremely happy with the level of service we experienced. Alex came on the day of my call for repair. He is respectful of our time and is punctual. Alex is knowledgeable and was able to detect the problem and replaced the defective spare part within a promised time frame. I do recommend Alex's service to anyone.
