Locally owned and operated, our family business has been providing a variety of road building and road maintenance services to the Niagara Peninsula since 1979. Our services include commercial, industrial and municipal paving focusing on both new construction and existing pavement maintenance and preservation. Project applications can range from parking lot repairs to complete excavation and rehabilitation. Road work can also range from selective mill and pave repairs to complete road overlay.
Recycled Asphalt Paving
Report
At Circle P Paving, we manufacture a cold emulsified asphalt material called RAP. It is characterized as crushed, screened, recycled asphalt and emulsion blended through a pugmill. This process is known as Cold Central Plant Recycling. The resultant product can be used as a stabilized base surface alternative to conventional base asphalt placement or simply surface treated (tar and chip) over.
