Seems they are too busy to come and give an estimate. They asked to submit pictures. I'm a contractor, perhaps you can give me a picture of your kitchen or bathroom or land so I can give you a price to renovate and build. Your policies are bordering on stupidity.

Their sales rep, Monte, must have been working in the security industry for many, many years. Because that is clearly the level of knowledge and expertise that he brings. You won't find a more knowledgeable security person in the city of Nanaimo.
The office is run by a warm and attentive woman named Shereen and she has the customer service skills of hotel concierge.
The owners Steve and Ian are impecably honest, in reality to the point of a fault. They consistently place the customer needs ahead of their own.
I always feel secure dealing with Secureco.
