Pure Elements of Design assisted me in 3 major renovations in my home over the past 5 years along with installing tile flooring in my front hall. The 3 bathrooms including the mudroom turned out wonderful with the workmanship exceptional. We worked with Pure Elements of Design for a variety of aspects of our current home. We designed a custom home plan for our country lot and had Armand provide design services for the following: all exterior colors and stone choices, all cabinets (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, walk-in pantry, butlers pantry), backsplash decisions, all flooring selections (hardwood and tile), and all paint colors for all rooms.
We later finished the basement in a second project and had him assist with: all bar and bathroom cabinets, floor selections, and paint colors. Not only did he help us with all the selections

We have contracted with Pure Elements of Design for renos in two houses. The first instance was for a bathroom reno in our townhouse. The designers, Carmen and Armand were more than helpful in assessing the space, changes requested and making recommendations. They asked many questions about our wishes and how they could be accommodated or wisely revised to ensure success. The work was done very quickly by their contractor. We had our bathroom back within less than one week!

We worked with Pure Elements on the renovation of two bathrooms, our master ensuite and main bath (renovating both at the same time!). We had no idea where to start and they took care of everything from the layout, budget, material choices and coordination of a whole team of suppliers and contractors. They presented options but didn’t overwhelm us. The entire process was easy, stress free and most importantly fun! We had a vision of what we wanted in an office space, Bulger, Young law office, and not only did Armand and Carm deliver, they exceeded our expectations. They were constantly on site and worked with our contractors on a regular basis. They were always available to us no matter what the hour. They found office furniture, helped with the selection, and took care of the delivery and construction of it. It was turn key to us.

Extremely disappointed with what was done in my master bathroom. The project was not cheap. I thought if I pay a lot, the process will be painless but it turned out it is a gang show since November 2020. I will never use them again and I do not recommend them.
The list is very long:
1. Showed them on their website which tiles I want. They delivered different one. When I told Armand this is not the tile I wanted he assured me the results will be same beautiful.
2. White frosty grout on the same tiles turned into grey and brown in some places. They told me the ceramic tiles I have chosen are bleeding
