Ken was very responsive, delivered fast service and went out of his way to special order some keys that had to come directly from the supplier. When I need locksmith work done again, he'll be my first call.

I contacted Trumax to replace my old digital door lock with a smart one. Ken answered the call promptly. He helped me pick the right lock to suit my needs. He even double checked battery replacement for the lock I was about to order ahead of time. The communication after that was easy over email. He came on time and completed the work quickly and helped me set up the App on the phone. Great experience using this service

I called Trumax to replace my lock. They were quick to respond, very professional and quick to make a minor adjustment a week later. Very professional, prompt and polite service with high quality material. I definitely recommend Trumax Security. Ken followed appropriate COVID measures, I am very happy with their service, and the price was reasonable.

From start to finish, the replacement and addition of a second keypad locking system for our front door and garage were handled professionally and pleasantly. Our locksmith arrived on time, completed the job quickly and when parts had to be ordered kept us very informed about delivery dates and a callback time. The system works perfectly. I highly recommend these guys for any security installations.

We have been using Trumax Security services for many years. No matter what the job, they are always prompt and professional in meeting our requirements. Last week we requested an installation of a door handle, lock, storm door lock and closure mechanism. A few hours later we had the job done! Clean, responsive. Incredible quality. Thank you Ken and Mike!

Trumax's employee was punctual, courteous and, most important, successful in opening my locked filing cabinet and later having replacement keys made. The price quoted was reasonable for the amount of time involved and the final price didn't change from the estimate. My only comment was that Covid-19 safety protocols weren't discussed (but nor did I ask) and the employee's face mask was only in place for the first few minutes of the hour of his visit, mostly lying around the neck. I would recommend their service!
