Services
Boundary Survey
Boundary surveys precisely define property lines using historical records and modern technology. Our licensed surveyors identify encroachments, easements, and legal boundaries to prevent disputes. Clients receive detailed reports and legally recognized documentation for real estate transactions, construction, or land development.
Topographic Survey
Topographic surveys map natural and man-made features, including elevation changes and underground utilities. These surveys support architectural and engineering designs for drainage, construction, and site planning. We deliver accurate 3D models to guide development projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Subdivision Plan
Subdivision plans legally divide land into parcels for sale or development. Our team ensures compliance with zoning laws and municipal regulations. Services include site analysis, infrastructure planning, and registration of plans with local authorities to facilitate smooth property transactions.
Lot Grading Plan
Lot grading plans specify elevation changes to direct water away from structures, preventing flooding and erosion. We design compliant plans for residential and commercial properties, ensuring adherence to municipal drainage requirements and environmental standards for sustainable land use.
Construction Layout
Construction layout services translate blueprints into physical site markers for accurate building. Our surveyors stake out foundations, utilities, and structures to guide contractors, minimizing errors and ensuring projects meet design specifications and regulatory codes.

Be very weary of doing business with this company. My whole experience was a nightmare. I purchased a boundary & topographic survey in order to stake the property line and provide for accurate grading along it (and to clearly identify it for a municipal inspection). After discussing this with the estimator I got a quote for ~$4500 (2.6 acre property). Additional stakes were to be added along the property line for easy identification. Survey was performed and produced but no stakes were placed along the property line, only at each corner. As they are 700ft apart and up a mountain it's impossible

Was told they did a survey for me and they charged me for it but got no results back. I am very upset. You say you're a reputable business but you don't follow through.
