Penfolds installed a new roof on my garage. Best roofing company I have ever used. From the initial estimate through the installation, they were all professional and true to their word. No bad surprises. The installers were extremely polite, worked efficiently and were careful not to damage plants surrounding the garage. They did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Penfolds was recommended to us by a friend. He was right. The quote was reasonable. The preparatory contact with Penfolds’ staff was good and gave us confidence. The crew was excellent and the follow up great. Overall it was a solid and rewarding experience. Basically, Penfolds did everything they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do… it and did it well. Any time we needed to contact them, they responded very quickly and with solid support. We would pass on the recommendation that brought us to them. These folks know how to put on a roof and deal well with their clients

Couldn’t be happier with our new Penfolds roof. We had our shakes replaced with eco roof by Jason and his amazing crew. The work was done quickly, a month ahead of estimated time and on budget. We are return customers and would recommend Penfolds to anyone wanting a professional and efficient roofing experience.

Ours was a small job of about 200 sq ft on a flat roof terrace on Bowen Island BC. The job was set up professionally and in due course Penfolds turned up and did the job. Unfortunately they made a couple of errors. They spilled bitumen on to a deck and tried to cover it up with boards but, worse than that, they left the job with a large pooling area, where water collected and would not drain. Within two days I brought this to their attention. Two different inspectors turned up over the next six weeks, and both said the problem was real; it had been caused by the way they had done the work; it was
