I wouldn't consider going anywhere else to shop for carpets. We had family room carpet installed approx 15 years ago by Carpet Warehouse, and although the quality was outstanding and we have been very happy, it was time for a change after all these years. We had them do a few additional smaller jobs over the years, so it was an obvious choice when we decided on replacing our carpet. One quick call to Daryl and he was back to measure up for us. The installation crew mistakenly removed good carpet in one of rooms instead of reinstalling it. Then they laid a wrong carpet (not the one I picked at the store) in theatre room. I had to pay $600 extra to fix their mistakes.

Picking the carpet was great, installation was great, however DO NOT expect ANY leniency when it comes to payment. Had over $8,000.00 worth of carpeting installed, explained that there was a miscommunication in how the invoice was being settled (contractor vs. owner) and needed a couple of days; yet what ensued was non-stop calls and no understanding whatsoever of the situation. Worse than a collection agency!
