The best paint store in Ottawa. Excellent service all the time, helpful consultants, honest feedback and opinions. They were especially thoughtful during the pandemic and had curb side pickup expertly organized and extremely efficient. Will continue coming back.

I decided to order some things we would need for our new house well ahead of closing to make sure they got here on time. I ordered just before lunch; they arrived before supper, hand-delivered. Astonishing. Well above and beyond my expectations.

This store is our go-to for paint (BM and Farrow and Ball). The service and price are the best we have found. We have received wonderful service and advice from Karine on a few occasions and always leave feeling confident in our choice. All of our projects have turned out better than expected!

Decorators Choice Paint Store has been nothing but great. I've been in multiple times or via online since the beginning of December as I tackle painting room by room! Great service and great products! 10/10 would recommend

Once you've used Benjamin Moore paint, you'll want nothing but Benjamin Moore. It covers great, stands up to wear wonderfully and just the right shades too. I even had to repaint an small area, years after the original coat was applied, and you can't see any difference at all! That's consistency that you can rely on. As my original Benjamin Moore dealer had closed down, I headed to the new one that opened up. What a disappointment! Just a bunch of young people who gave different opinions depending on who you asked. They also didn't have my fav type of paint brush. SMH
So I headed out of my area

I have received excellent advice every time I visited them. I got a great suggestion to finish my cedar siding. . Another time I was worried about the flat paint that was suggested for the bathroom but it was fabulous! So I decided to hire them for a colour consultation for renovating my main floor. Debbie came to my home and gave excellent advice. After that I could go in any time for more advice for my home as they keep a file on you! Thanks guys!
