Ordered a part for a dryer which we thought was the problem. Ended up it wasnt the part and they wouldnt take it back or refund so youre stuck with a part thats useless to you.

Tried to call this place on Tuesday as we needed a part for our washing machine. I tried at least 7 times and always ended up with a busy signal - could they not get a multi line phone system or voicemail? I tried emailing them just before lunch that day. It is now Thursday, 2 days later and no acknowledgement of the email. I went to a competitor at 3:00 tuesday pm, they ordered the part and I picked it up yesterday afternoon.

Its ok . Much better options out there. Bought dryer machine parts couple of times. They do not return used electronics parts. I bought a new dryer heating element from this shop. My previous heating element was completely broken and i thought just by changing the element would work. Found out later printed circuit board was faulty. My machine was old so bought new one. They did not returned the part as it was installed for few minutes.
"Lady in front said it is electronics and was installed/used " - No idea what it means.

When my mother's stove needed a new oven element I talked with Sherry who gave me friendly efficient service with fast delivery at a reasonable price. When I picked it up they also, included helpful advice. Five stars all the way as you feel like a valued customer. It's very worth your while to make them your first call when you need service.
