Services
Eavestroughing
We install residential and commercial eavestroughing systems using seamless aluminum, steel, or copper materials. Our solutions include traditional 5-inch gutters for standard roofs and 6-inch systems for larger surface areas. Commercial and industrial properties receive 6-inch and 7-inch options designed for high-volume water drainage. All installations feature heavy-duty brackets and a 25-year rust-free warranty.
Soffit Installation
Our soffit solutions ensure proper attic ventilation to regulate temperature and prevent ice buildup. We install durable materials that withstand harsh weather while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Proper ventilation extends roof lifespan and improves energy efficiency by reducing moisture-related issues in residential and commercial buildings.
Fascia Repair
We provide fascia capping and replacement using custom-bent or prefabricated aluminum to protect wood fascia boards. Our repairs address rot damage and reinforce roof edges against weather exposure. This service enhances structural integrity while maintaining clean exterior lines for residential and commercial properties.
Vinyl Siding
Our vinyl siding offers durability and low maintenance as Canada's top exterior cladding choice. Available in solid and variegated colors with classic profiles, it resists weather extremes while improving curb appeal. This cost-effective solution combines aesthetic flexibility with long-term value for residential properties.
Aluminum Siding
We install textured or smooth aluminum siding with color-coordinated trims for weather-resistant protection. This low-maintenance option withstands heat, cold, rain, and snow while enhancing architectural appeal. Ideal for residential properties seeking durable, modern exterior solutions with customizable design elements.

I had a shed that had seen better days and I was going to tear it down as on the outside it was pretty rough but however on the inside it was pristine. So I made the decision to change the outside. Unfortunately I would have done it myself but with work I was just too busy and family situations. So I called Precision Eavestroughing and JC was very responsive, the estimate was really fair for the work to be done. The installer Jocelyn was great to deal with and very friendly and when he finished the shed looked brand new and put another 15 years on it's life. I had looked at replacing the shed and

I was extremely happy with Ottawa Precision Eavestroughing from my initial contact for a quote to after the installation. While other companies ignored my phone calls for quotes, Maxime was so responsive to all my questions, requests and came out quickly to give me a quote. Their prices are also very reasonable. The team that came out to install the eavestroughing was professional and very nice. They took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was where I wanted it. They are a great family business and care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

In early November 2021, Martin Loranger, the sales representative, from Ottawa Precision Eavestroughing drove to our home in Russell Ontario. He and I walked around the house and he pointed out the various options available to me. Martin provided good advice on the best approach to the installation. He worked out a quote that represented excellent value. At the time, although I was eager to have the work done as soon as possible, he estimated that the installation would likely not be until late January or early February 2022. Martin and his team were here at 09:00 on December 29, one month ahead

I was very impressed with the services and products received on my recent gutter system installation. The company was recommended to me by a reliable source in the business. The estimate process was completed quickly. Maxime presented the best option for my home with the colors that best matched the house as well as the features we needed (T-Rex leaf guard due to very tall trees in the back). The prices were competitive and I got a very professional service in return. The installation was efficiently completed earlier than expected by a very polite and friendly crew. They did an excellent job overall
