Using Integrated Pest Management techniques, we combine preventative measures with targeted treatments to eliminate current infestations while sealing entry points. Our licensed technicians conduct thorough property inspections to identify problem areas and implement environmentally responsible solutions that protect families, pets, and commercial operations across the Okanagan Valley.
Termite Treatment
Specialized termite treatment services protect properties from structural damage caused by subterranean and drywood termites. Our licensed technicians perform detailed inspections to identify infestation extent, then implement targeted chemical barriers and baiting systems. We offer both reactive treatments for active infestations and preventative programs to safeguard properties against future termite damage through regular monitoring and maintenance.
Bedbug Removal
Our bedbug removal service utilizes heat treatment and chemical applications to eliminate infestations in residential and commercial properties. Technicians conduct comprehensive inspections of all potential hiding spots, then implement multi-stage treatments that include follow-up visits to ensure complete eradication. We provide detailed prevention guidance to minimize reinfestation risks while maintaining safe environments for occupants during and after treatment processes.
Commercial Pest Control
Custom commercial pest control programs protect businesses across multiple sectors including hospitality, food services, and industrial facilities. Our technicians develop tailored Integrated Pest Management plans that accommodate operational hours while addressing specific pest challenges. Services include regular inspections, exclusion techniques, and emergency response options to maintain pest-free environments that meet health and safety regulations for commercial properties throughout the Okanagan region.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Pre-purchase pest inspections identify hidden infestations and structural damage in prospective property purchases. Our certified inspectors examine key areas vulnerable to pest activity including foundations, attics, and crawl spaces. We provide detailed reports outlining current pest issues, existing damage, and recommended treatments to help buyers make informed decisions about property investments while avoiding costly post-purchase surprises related to pest infestations.
