The suite we moved into was, unfortunately, infested but thankfully we called Ecopest and they did an on-site inspection with their little dog & a very professional, polite and concerned technician. Two days later, a heat/chemical treatment was completed, and 40 days later, we had a Re-inspection performed. All went well, and there is no more sign of these pests. I am, finally, able to relax and enjoy our new home, thanks to Ecopest and their service and office personnel. And of course, the little dog . I will recommend Ecopest to anyone who experiences pest control issues. Thank you.

Ecopest was quick to respond and came back to complete a remedial treatment right away. Terry (our technician) went above and beyond to confirm the location of the wasp nest. Highly recommend Ecopest to friends and family

We had ecopest spray our mountain ash that had fireblight. Between the pruning recommended by the arborist and the spray treatment provided by ecopest, our 25 year old mountain ash seems to be recovering. Ecopest provides friendly and efficient service. Thank you.

We chose this service as they were available on the weekend, and we were able to get them to our house to address our problem fairly shortly on a Saturday. After the inital treatment of our wasp nest (in our soffit of our house), the wasp activity didn't stop (or even slow down). We gave it a few days, then called to have them come back and re-treat the area (this is free).
Ecopest customer service was simply TERRIBLE at confirming a booking, and clearly didn't care to make sure we were happy with their service. I have never recieved such poor quality service from a company. I requested to get

Terry, the spray technician, is fantastic. He is thorough with the application of the spray, patient even with client's language barriers, knowledgeable of plants and effects related to the spray, and takes the time and effort to do job right. He is the main reason why I continue to choose EcoPest and recommend to others. He should get a raise!
