We moved from Ottawa to Vancouver Island in November 2021. Scott came to the house to give us an estimate and organized the move from the office. He responded to my emails very quickly and was polite and helpful. The moving team was led by Ron, accompanied by Rick and Marc in Ottawa. Ron is a very good communicator, on time, professional and polite. All items were carefully loaded and unloaded on the other end. Rick and Marc were also very polite and respectful throughout. It took a great weight off my shoulders to know that Ron would see the move through from start to finish. All items arrived

I used Cassidy's a couple of weeks ago to move. I was very happy with their service, they were professional, very efficient and had a good sense of humour to make the move as enjoyable as possible. Aiden, Steve and Kenny did an excellent job and they put together 2 bed frames for me. It was refreshing to see guys that actually used the instruction sheet! LOL

We had booked our move with the Cassidy Pembroke office. We did change our move date from mid September to August 24 2020. They were very accommodating on the date change. That is all the good things I can say about them. On our move day, expecting the movers to arrive at 11 am, we waited for over 2 hours for the truck to show up. The two person crew then spent about thirty minutes at the back of the truck, smoking and discussing what to do. When they finally got to work they had no dollies so were carrying a couple of boxes at a time. On each return to the house one of the crew was busy texting

I have moved a lot and this was the worse move. Not only were my furniture that were taken apart not put back properly, there were also the following: things weren’t packed that should have been and as such the loaders had to pack items and I’m not referring to prohibited items, the packers were the laziness bunch I have ever come across; broken… items, “ I don’t care” packing: Found food with my shoes; my shoes were not properly packed and their shapes changed; boxes weren’t labeled so looking for items are a chore; I could go on and on but I’m

Cassidys moving and storage was chosen by my employer to move my family across Canada. The people who who were scheduled for my move were nothing short of professional. Zach, the driver went over and above to see that we were satisfied. His team worked hard to ensure all of our household effects and home were treated with respect. Well done!
