Sue in the upstairs administration is incredibly rude. I personally don't think "well that's too bad" is a proper response from a customer service personnel. Maybe you need to find more positive people for your workforce.

Very disappointed. I went in to look at some stone, and walked in the side door went to the first guy at the desk and he tried to ignore me by ducking under his desk, then tried to send me away to someone else.
Went to speak with the other lady at the desk and as we were talking he butted in the whole time why wouldnt he just help me in the first place rather than speaking over the lady that was helping me. The girl in the middle was very helpful. Wish I could leave a better review but I was not okay with that

Out of all the drywall delivery companies there are these guys are by far the laziest. they show up and if its the least little bit difficult they take pictures, complain about it and dont deliver the drywall to the location that is required. Or they dont deliver the drywall at all Or they dont deliver the drywall at all. Back in the day the guys would do circles around todays guys and they got paid only a fraction of the wage. Definitely hard to get good help these days.

I am installing a 20 x 15 patio in my backyard. Did my shopping both online and the big box stores. By far, Patene has the best prices and a huge selection of stones. Even there delivery charges were good. I highly recommend.

Much better experience in the past year. My go-to place for all construction materials I need. Great counter staff. Friendly, easy and fun to deal with. Pleasant yard staff, short wait times... Most of the times.
