Septic Tank Pumping
Our professional septic tank pumping removes accumulated sludge using vacuum trucks. We inspect tank integrity during each service, checking for cracks and pipe blockages. Regular pumping every 2-5 years prevents system failures and costly repairs for residential and commercial properties in Durham Region.
System Maintenance
Customized maintenance plans address individual septic system needs based on tank size and usage patterns. Our technicians assess wastewater volume impacts and recommend inspection frequencies. This proactive approach extends system lifespan while maintaining environmental compliance through proper waste management practices.
Full Inspections
Detailed inspections examine all septic components including inlet/outlet pipes, sludge levels, and tank structural integrity. We identify early warning signs like high water levels or clogging indicators during each visit. Our assessments help prevent emergencies by addressing minor issues before they escalate into major failures.
Holding Tank Services
Specialized services for holding tanks without leaching beds include regular emptying and system checks. We manage pumping schedules for properties near waterways or with space constraints. Our team ensures compliance with environmental regulations while maintaining functional wastewater storage solutions for seasonal properties.
Drain Field Cleaning
We clean and maintain drain fields to prevent blockages caused by sludge accumulation. Our technicians address soap distribution boxes and recommend vegetation management practices. This service restores proper drainage function while advising clients on avoiding damaging activities like tree planting near system components.
Questions
How often should I pump my septic tank?
Most systems require pumping every 3 years, but households with 4+ occupants may need annual service. Our technicians assess usage patterns to recommend optimal schedules.
What causes septic system failures?
Common issues include flushing non-biodegradable items, excessive chemical use, and neglected maintenance. Our team identifies root causes during inspections to implement effective solutions.
Do you service holding tanks?
Yes, we provide regular emptying and maintenance for holding tanks, particularly near waterways or on properties with space limitations for traditional leaching beds.
Can tree roots damage septic systems?
Yes, tree roots can infiltrate pipes causing blockages. We recommend planting trees at least 25 feet from drain fields to prevent system damage.

Report
We used this company for years and were happy with the service. However now it is under new management. The prices have increased dramatically and the customer service is awful. I would not recommend!
