We recently had Tim, Shawn and Ray install a new cast iron gas stove in our sunroom. This could not have gone better. The work was completed - and done well - in less than half a day by a team that clearly likes working together. The cost was competitive. A big factor for choosing Brock Heating was the quick turn-around for installation - finished within three weeks of initial consultation in January 2021. Another factor was the fact Brock writes its own inspection ticket. No need for a 3rd party inspection visit! Best of all, the new gas stove works great, and is beautiful. We highly recommend

They installed an air conditioner for us this spring and they were efficient and we are certainly enjoying it with the heat waves we have been experiencing. We had what we thought was a small problem and they were quick to send someone out to investigate. It ended up being not part of their installation and something they can take care of for us in the fall. We appreciated the swift attention.

Everyone here tries their absolute best to ensure you as a custumer are satisfied with their serves, and I am. It took a bit to get the wireless thermosate worked out (Honeywell, had to replace it). They replaced it with an Ecobee and everthing is well as it should. Thank you for a job well done. ;)
