What an attitude that lady I spoke with gave me. No customer service at all. Why do you want to know when I moved in the house, who Im dealing with before, is there snow in the property when you know theres a snow storm happening right now, have you guys been here before, etc. Isnt it, I give you an address, you send a truck to pump out the septic and I pay for the service. It doesnt mean I called and I am at your mercy. Remember theres lots of other companies out there. Not only you.so drop the attitude lady.
