I bought an Echo SRM-225 trimmer last summer after hearing about it’s 5 year warranty. I brought it home after an hour drive and realized it was missing the cap of the trimmer head. I called Echo directly and they said no need to bring it back, they would just send me the part in the mail. If I had any other problems they suggested I head to the local dealer.
Echo sends me the wrong part (despite giving them my model and serial number!) and I take the hour drive to Potters Small Engine Sales get it corrected. I bring the part Echo sent me and hear from the salesperson (owner?) there that there

Good spot. The owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. If he doesn't have a part it's usually only a couple a days before he gets it.

I called them to repair my snowblower last week.Their Service is excellent,price is compatible. Also delivery arranged based on my convenience time, my snowblower works better than its new days( I bought it from sears), I will call them on Spring to do my lawn moor yearly maintenance.
