I call to get a quote and Jeff was busy so he asked me to send a quote request through email. I briefly told him that I was wanting spray foam insulation and he told me there was no problem getting it done before the end of October. I sent TWO requests for quotes through email. No reply! I called again but he was out of town and asked me to call the next day. I did and he said he was busy and he would call me back. He had my number on his phone. I even sent him a text on a friend's cell phone to remind him. AGAIN, NO REPLY!
