We provide legal boundary surveys, building location surveys (SRPR), topographic plans, condominium plans and construction layout for South Hastings and Prince Edward counties. We specialize in the severance application process for the municipalities of the City of Quinte West, City of Belleville, County of Hastings and the Municipality of the County of Prince Edward.

We can act as your agent, provide an application sketch, complete final surveys required and assist with the conditions imposed. If you are building a new fence, an addition or a garage, and require a sketch for a building permit application, or need to know where your property boundaries are located on site, give us a call first.

Walter Watson, Ontario Land Surveyor, was the founding member of Watson Land Surveyors. He was commissioned in 1960 by the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors and purchased the notes and records of John T. Ransom, Ontario Land Surveyor, who surveyed the Quinte area since 1948.

Keith has a lifetime of survey experience. Tutored by his surveyor father, he can recall at a very young age looking for survey evidence on properties during weekend drives in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. He is a well-known local business owner who contributes to the community after regular business hours as a member of Kiwanis, Quinte Home Builders Association, and Chamber of Commerce.
