Polymeric Sand Replacement
Our polymeric sand replacement service removes weeds and stabilizes paver joints using high-quality materials. This process prevents erosion, enhances durability, and maintains aesthetic appeal. The application involves thorough joint cleaning, sand installation, and activation for long-lasting results.
Paver Restoration
We restore uneven or damaged pavers through precise lifting, base correction, and reinstallation. Our ICPI-certified methods address drainage issues and prevent future settling. The process includes compaction testing and joint stabilization for lasting functionality.
Paver Cleaning
Our pressure washing system removes built-up grime, stains, and organic growth from paver surfaces. Using biodegradable cleaners and calibrated equipment, we restore original colors while preserving material integrity through controlled water pressure application.
Paver Sealing
We apply premium water-based sealants that protect against UV fading and liquid penetration. The treatment enhances color vibrancy while maintaining slip resistance. Our sealing process includes surface preparation and multiple application coats for optimal coverage.
Retaining Wall Repair
Our NCMA-certified team addresses drainage issues and structural instability in retaining walls. The repair process includes base assessment, component realignment, and reinforcement with geogrid materials to ensure long-term stability and safety.

We had our driveway and steps entirely redone by Leger Landscapes. All the work was on time, from the subcontractor who came to remove the old pavers, to the delivery of the new pavers the day later, all the way to Leger's team working and installing the brand new pavers a couple of days later. The work was done very quickly, it took 3 days total and the professionalism throughout the construction was amazing. Leger and his team cleaned up our yard and street after every work day, Etienne was on the worksite everyday to ensure everything is going to plan as well as giving daily updates with how
