Services
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation creates an airtight barrier, sealing gaps and improving energy efficiency. Ideal for irregular spaces, it controls moisture, reduces drafts, and enhances thermal performance. Reitzel uses eco-friendly foam with a Global Warming Potential of 1, ensuring sustainable, durable results for homes and businesses.
Blown-In Insulation
Blown-in insulation delivers high R-values for attics and walls, using cellulose or fiberglass to trap heat effectively. Reitzels experts assess optimal depth and type, ensuring compliance with Ontario Building Code standards. This method improves energy savings and reduces noise transmission in existing and new constructions.
Cellulose Insulation
Cellulose insulation, made from 80% recycled paper, offers superior thermal and acoustic performance. Treated with fire-retardant chemicals, it resists pests and mold while maintaining consistent temperatures. Reitzels installation ensures dense packing for maximum efficiency in attics and walls.
Insulation Removal
Reitzels insulation removal service addresses water damage, pest infestations, and outdated materials using industrial vacuums. We safely dispose of old insulation and prepare spaces for upgrades. Our process minimizes dust and restores attic cleanliness, ensuring a fresh start for new installations.
Fireproofing
Fireproofing services apply protective coatings to spray foam insulation, meeting Ontario fire safety codes. Reitzel uses DC315 fire-retardant paint to create a thermal barrier, reducing flammability and enhancing structural safety in attics, crawl spaces, and commercial buildings without compromising insulation integrity.

Reitzel insulation added insulation to our attic. Bryan was very friendly and gave us a thorough and competitive quote. Unlike some guys who came and quickly popped their head into the attic, he went into the attic took pictures and explained the suggested work. The crew worked with our schedule to book the work, arrived on time and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

We used them for adding insulation in our attic. They were punctual and completed the job professionally. We wish they had provided us with the measurements of the height of the insulation we had before they started work and then after they finished adding the insulation. Otherwise, we are satisfied with their work.

I contacted Reitzel Insulation to have a quote for adding more insulation in my attic. Bryan was the first employee I dealt with when he came to do the quote. He was on time and extremely friendly. He explained everything to me as far as what they would do. He was very down to earth and I knew when he left that I would be going with this company to complete the job. On the day of insulation I meet 2 of the men doing the job. Sorry I don't have their names. They were both very friendly and got right to work. The rest of the crew were outside and in my garage, I never met them but I heard them.

We used Reitzel Insulation to insulate our attic. We're very happy with the work they performed. Their crew was very professional and efficient. If we have anymore insulation work to do in the future, I'd go with them again.
