Services
Attic Insulation
We specialize in attic insulation using cellulose, a sustainable material that enhances thermal performance. Our process involves assessing existing insulation, adding layers to achieve R50 efficiency, and ensuring proper ventilation. This service reduces energy costs by up to 25% annually while improving indoor comfort year-round.
Urethane Insulation
Our urethane insulation solutions provide air-sealing and high R-value protection for basements and walls. Applied as a liquid, it expands to fill gaps, creating a durable barrier against moisture and thermal loss. Ideal for new builds or retrofits, this method improves energy efficiency and structural integrity.
Cellulose Insulation
Cellulose insulation, our preferred product, is made from recycled materials and treated for fire and pest resistance. We install it in attics and walls, either as a standalone solution or over existing insulation. Its eco-friendly composition and superior performance make it a top choice for sustainable, cost-effective thermal management.
Ice Damming Solutions
Ice damming occurs when heat loss melts snow, causing refreezing at roof edges. We address this by improving attic insulation, sealing air leaks, and installing proper ventilation. Our solutions prevent water damage, extend roof lifespan, and maintain consistent indoor temperatures during winter months.
Insulation Removal
We remove damaged or outdated insulation caused by water, fire, or rodent infestations. Using specialized vacuums and manual techniques, we ensure a clean, debris-free attic space. Post-removal, we install new vapor barriers and insulation to restore energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

I would highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and very efficient. Their technicians are very curtious and polite. When job was done they cleaned up so there was no mess left behind. I will surely call them when I redo my basement to have them insulate there as well.

My father got his house done using Eric Dutton Insulation and had such a great experience that I hired him to do mine as well. His employees are very professional, knowledgeable and lastly very nice. Couldn't recommend his service more. If you have icicles or high winter heating costs this is the company to call.

One of the best companies I've dealt with over the years. My initial inquiry was answered quickly, an inspection and quote were completed within a week. One week later, the job was done. The two gentlemen who did the actual work were extremely pleasant and asking questions was not an issue. They did a fantastic job cleaning up when done. The gentleman who did the inspection was equally nice to deal with and answered all of my questions. Follow up questions via email were quickly answered. HIGLY RECOMMENDED - feel free to reach out for questions or a reference. Thank you guys!

Eric and his team completed the spray foam of my basement. The results are fantastic and transformed the area into a great living space. I've since used Eric for his advice on other projects, his responses are instantaneous and knowledgeable. Very happy to recommend.
