I am so sad I discovered Level One AFTER I did bathroom reno with a different reno company. They have been gone for months after a
careless low quality bathrooms jobs. Their electrician could not do timed LED lights in bathroom, for months could not figure it out. I later found Level One, 1 of their electricians Lucas not only immediately gave workable solution he made it all work perfectly in both bathrooms, after 1 of their competitors electrician and project manager told me it could Not be done! Now a different non electrical problem has started and I need Level 1 for everything in my future

Really impressed by the workmanship, communication, attention to detail and to top it off finishing on time! I got a detailed quote and there were no surprises. The whole project and it was a full gut on a two bedroom condo was seamless. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone; from owner, to site manager to ops manager. They were very accommodating and realistic when I wanted to change something. It impressed me how knowledgeable they were and how they did everything by the book. I've added a ton of value to my condo, if I didn't love it so much I'd flip it.

We were fortunate enough to sell a gorgeous townhome that had been carefully renovated by Level One Construction. This was without a doubt my favourite renovation I've seen simply due to the level of craftsmanship which is absolutely rare to find these days. From the moment you enter, the quality finishing and attention to detail is immediately noticeable and makes you feel right at home. We were delighted with our Level One experience. They recently completed a full condo renovation for us: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, new flooring, lighting, fireplace. Their comprehensive service included interior design, planning, detailed costing, permitting, and managing all aspects of the project from demolition to construction. They use top quality trades people and we found the Level One team to be professional, friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Victoria, Trevor, and Alex were all great. I called to get a quote for decking on behalf of a friend of mine who is a property manager, however, Victoria who picked up the phone and I am not convinced that she has front line communication skills. When you pick up the phone the first few seconds are the most important. How you pick up the phone, greet the customer, introduce by name and energy are very important. If this fails it paints the picture of the rest of the company. I had to ask for her name as I like to connect on the customer service side and she seemed a little annoyed. Would NOT recommend anyone to this company. Horrible "project manager" Alex. Seemed nice on the initial contact, but no communication after until prompted. He gave an overpriced quote after the designer came in to see the place but did not take any measurements. Then they gave us some rough sketches of the designs but all of the things were vague or incorrect (duh, they didn't even take measurements in the first place). There was no mention of what kind of materials would be used based on the quote, or labor, or anything. It was just a dollar amount. When asked further how they came
