Kevin from Naturally Gas came within 15 minutes of calling. We had no idea what was wrong with our gas fireplace, and he only took around an hour to fix it. Not only did he fix the coupler, but he also cleaned it. The price was very good for the quality of work, and he was friendly and polite. Our family recommends him.

Guy who came spent more time taking a piss than he did cleaning the furnace. $170 to blow some dust off the control panel and clean the filter with special industrial cleaner which was just resolve cleaning spray. I called some other companies after, you can get an actually professional service inspection for $120. Not to mention he dragged his compressor and vacuum down the steps without a care. Total waste of time and money. OH and the guy took his mask off even though we asked him to wear one.
