Great friendly service
I had a neighbor come over to check the price I was paying & said he paid less with ????, another company. Rock Solid honored the same price although he didn't have to, I had agreed on his price when booking. I found out that the company my neighbour used was undercutting the others while telling them he was charging the same, shame on him
I'd rather deal with an Honest person like Mark at Rock Solid Septic

Today was my first experience dealing with Mark at Rock Solid Septic and it definitely will not be my last! I went with Rock Solid because of all the excellent reviews here online and now I understand why. If I could give 6 stars I would! Marks response time was phenomenal, his knowledge quite vast and his price more than fair. We're newer to living with a septic system and Marks teachings helped me learn a bit on the care and maintenance of my system, which was greatly appreciated. If you need any services Rock Solid offers, pick up the phone, they are fantastic to deal with! I am now a happy

I had a clogged drain emergency, I called Mark and 15 mins later he was at my door. He is easy going and most importantly knowledgeable and knows what he is taking about. My issue was not related to septic, but he still worked on my drain until unclogging it. Also very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Rock Solid Septic for your septic needs.
