Our furnace would not start. Travis drove out the same day to get it going. Done a temporary repair until parts arrived. All fixed and very pleased. Just wanted to say thanks for the quick service

Mom called this morning. Her furnace had gone out during the night. It was -40 . I called Cheynes at 8:04 and talked with Albert for a few minutes. He drove across town and was at her door at 8:17 Even with a trip for parts he had her all fixed by ,8:45. We have always had such great experiences with them.

Mom called us this morning and her furnace had stopped working during the night. It was -40 .I called Cheynes at 8:04, talk with Albert for a bit. He had to drive across town but was still at her door at 8:17. He had to go back for parts but still had her heat running by 8:45. Always impressed with this company and would recommend them 100%
