We contracted this company to replace all the windows and our screen door in may 2021. The installation started in late July the installer did a good job on the inside but the flashing on the outside wasn't done properly and left a large gap at the bottom of the screen door. When I complained to salesman and said I would be holding the remaining balance he threatened me that he would put a lien on my home. I am still waiting for the new door and the rest of the errors to be corrected. It's been 6 months don't use this company!!!

E recently had all windows of the house installed by Clera Windows,including changing a window to a patio door to the backyard. From request of quotation, Salik Muhammed the sales rep, was great to us, providing with a thorough and clear presentation of their products. And John Osorio and team were absolutely great too with the installation process: neat, polite and always following safety protocols.
The entire job 7 windows plus door took 3 days, we could not be happier. The only drawback was that it took quite a while between signing the contract and installation due to COVID slowing things down

Really glad I gave these guys a call. I had a bunch of people come by and give me quotes and the numbers were all over the place. Clera's quote was definitely one of the top ones, but I'm glad I asked their rep to price match because what he did was explain that the service and job that was being offered cheaper was giving me a lot less and they were doing a lot less. I ended up paying a bit more, but the windows are fantastic, the outside of my home looks so good and more expensive now that I have the black windows.

Staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They asked me the right questions so I can figure out what is the best design for the doors of my patio. I love the designs they showed me. I had all of my windows replaced by Clera. I am completely satisfied from the way they provided me the quote. The options and benefits of the windows they offer were all well explained. The designs are superb! The installation was also smooth. It was done in 3 days. What's good about it is that each time they leave home they see too it that the place is clean. Kudos on that!
