Installation was done improperly and my elderly parents keep getting the run around. They say they are coming to look at it and say it’s the walls that are not straight but the water pools in the back of the sink because the countertop was installed sloped to the back. Now they said they were coming today and didn’t show up. Totally taking advantage of elderly people.Hanging up on my parents!!!!
