Services
Asphalt Roofs
Asphalt shingle roofs combine durability and aesthetic appeal, with options like architectural laminated shingles offering bold designs. Our GAF-certified installations ensure proper ventilation and longevity, backed by manufacturer warranties. Fiberglass-based shingles provide superior fire resistance and environmental benefits compared to traditional organic felt.
Metal Roofs
Metal roofing systems offer exceptional durability against harsh weather, including high winds and snow. Available in corrugated, standing seam, and granular-coated styles, they resist fire, rot, and pests. With a lifespan exceeding decades, these eco-friendly roofs made from recycled materials provide long-term cost savings.
Flat Roofing
Our flat roofing solutions use S.A.M. or SBS membranes for waterproofing, ideal for commercial and residential properties. Certified installations from IKO and Soprema ensure leak resistance. Services include maintenance checks, flameless applications, and slope insulation packages for optimal performance.
Roof Repairs
We diagnose and repair roof leaks with precision, addressing issues like damaged shingles, faulty flashing, or attic ventilation problems. Thermal imaging identifies hidden moisture. Emergency 24/7 services prevent further structural damage, with detailed reports and quotes provided.
Snow Removal
Professional snow removal prevents ice dams and structural damage. Our insured teams use proper equipment to clear roofs, eavestroughs, and sidewalks safely. Services include ice dam mitigation and post-removal cleanup, ensuring home safety during Manitoba winters.

Report
We had Lansard out last fall originally just to quote to redo our siding and a small amount of soffit, fascia and eaves trough that had been damaged. We ended up getting them to re-side our entire house, new soffit, fascia and trough everywhere as well as getting all of our windows cladded. The before and after of our house is incredible! They made the process very easy and over the couple weeks that they were actually at our house working on everything we found the workers to be friendly and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
