I was once again very pleased with the products and services I received from East West. They were set up at Costco this year offering rebates on air conditioner installation and I feel like I saved a lot of money while getting a top-quality product. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The installers were great and they even helped me troubleshoot another issue I had been having with my furnace, even though they had nothing to do with installing it. Great experience all around and I highly recommend East West to anyone who will listen!

East West installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner and a John Wood water heater. Took a total of 2 days for install. Technicians answered all questions and provided lots of information on how everything worked. They made sure that tarps were set out covering everything down the stairs and entering the work area. They were very respectful through the process and cleaned up after the install was completed. Very good experience. Been about 7 weeks since the install and everything is working great. Thanks East West. I have another small project but that will happen next spring and East West

Good communication during product pricing and selection, installation scheduling. The installers were polite, tidy, and took as long as suggested. They were able to locate the AC unit right where I requested it. They communicated with me and tested it before they left. Happy with the results!
