The staff were arrogant and nonchalant, and they don't rank high on health and safety. However they have cheap and good carpets

Thank you so much for all the advice, patience and assistance during this renovation. Planning a renovation with 2 kids in tow is already a hassle but Justin made the while process such a breeze. He gave lots of great advice and made my multiple visits feel so easy and not like an inconvenience or like I couldn't make up my mind. He had a great eye for colors and because he's installed the products had great product knowledge that went beyond the product literature. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service.

Selection: good. Service: I wouldn't send anyone there. We chose a floor the salesman told us was in stock. When we went to pay another salesman told us we couldn't purchase that load of flooring because he was saving it for his friend. We asked and were told "We bring it in all the time" and agreed we could wait a few days. A week later after having called to check a few times to see if it came in we went to the store, only to be told it might be in in another week. Waited again, nothing. The salesman was less than interested in helping us. Finally contacted the distributor
