The guys are amazing! The service guys just came out to fill our tanks today and I did not clear a path for them to get to the tanks. I'm new to the area and I didn't even think to clear a path since propane tanks being needed to be filled is new to me . The snow is thigh high and the tanks are approx. 20 yards away on either side of the house, but they were very nice to fill our tanks anyway.

I cannot say enough how amazing these guys are. Went above and beyond what was expected. There was an issue with my furnace and the service came and fixed it I had follow up questions about it and the tech answered my call didnt have an answer for me but called me back in 10 minutes with an answer. Wasnt expected or necessary. Highly recommended! Thank you

Shout out to Viktor & Tyler from British Empire Fuels for cleaning my ducts today. The guys were great, explained all, walked me through the process, & cleaned up everything afterwards. Found 1 car (Vincent - surprised weren’t more 😂) & a LOT of drywall crap from the new build (almost 8 yrs ago). New filters are in & furnce is on - goodbye 62 & hello 68/70! 😀

I have been in Bobcaygeon for about 6 months - The current people had British Empire as the supplier of propane. All that's good. But recently our "HIGH" tech furnace had a breakdown. I called the "smucks" who installed it for the builder as their name is all over it - You know those stickers for service call... Well I called - the first thing out of their mouths was - we don't service that area.
So I called Lennox to see who does.. Shazam! The name the gave me was British Empire! Long story short... I told them over the phone exactly what was needed - They ordered it... and came the same day they

We just had a new furnace installed. It was all smooth and easy from the get go. The entire team (sales, office, and install) were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. A great experience all around. Super happy.
