We had an appointment booked yesterday (26th Jan) and drove over from Dundas for 10.20am and found the store closed. We waited for the payed opening time of 10.30 but still no one in the shop. We waited a further 30 minutes but there was no response to our knocking or to the Facebook message I sent (and still no response to that 24 hours later). We are buying lighting for a complete renovation, and won't be using the Lighting Guy for any of it after this lack of professionalism. We do have a store near Stoney Creek that is wonderful so we'll stick to giving them our business. Our experience would

Why i risked to invest 500$ was because i don't need to send her the money but to create and fund my trading account all by myself and give her the access to manage my trading account and i made a withdrawals of 6000$ in a week, please i am very happy to introduce all friends and family to invest in themselves and there family. What a complete waste of time and gas money. Yesterday I booked an appointment for 11:20am today. Drove an hour & 15 minutes in heavy fog to arrive on time. When we got there it was in darkness and there were people waiting outside with an earlier appointment (& they drove an hour to get there) that didn't know what was happening either. We all had received confirmation & reminder emails for our appointments. No email or call to cancel any of us. We left and found another lighting store to spend our money at. Surprise - the other people who were stood up were also in the same competitor store

I found the chandelier that I wanted, but it was not nearly long enough for our high ceilings. I am so happy that I found The Lighting Guy. He was able to rewire and extending the chain so that it would hang properly in our dining room. The service was exactly as requested and quick. Thank you so much!

My experience as a business owner was not favourable. There was no follow-up to for an order to be processed. And far too many rules as to getting attention of The Lighting Guy. I did find out that some of the lighting parts are not CSA or ULC approved, I cannot in good conscience pass this on to my customers.
